“If you are looking for a plastic surgeon in the Naples, Florida area, I highly recommend Dr. Manuel Pena. After months of online research and several consultations with various surgeons, I had the pleasure to meet with Dr. Pena. His attention to me and my concerns was thoughtful and sincere. He was honest with what he was able do to improve my problem areas and did not push any work he did not think I needed. Any questions or nervousness I had diminished immediately.

Dr. Pena performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelids) and a neck lift on December 18, 2023. The day of surgery went so well, it was over in a flash. I had some swelling and minor bruising which lasted for a couple of weeks. Today, I have some very minor swelling and numbness near my ears which is subsiding a little more each day. Tomorrow is my two month follow up. I don’t have words to describe how happy I am with the results and my overall experience with Dr. Pena, his staff (Maria, Rosa and another wonderful gal (I can’t remember her name 🙁 ) and the office facilities. If I had to pick a word it would be Thrilled.

I am happy to walk in in front of a mirror again. Dr. Pena’s amazing surgical skills have made me look at least 10 years younger. Friends and family say 15. :):)

I look forward to my follow up tomorrow and remaining under the care of Dr. Pena for any future procedures I will have done.

“I never waited at any ppointment. The staff was always prompt and very nice to deal with. He was thorough in explaining what he would be doing, for me to achive what I wanted. He gave me a classic neck lift, S lift and my lower and upper eyelids. I am so very happy with my new look. It has only been 7 weeks since having surgery and I love the results already. He has assured me it takes 3 month to fully heal. But I was out and about after only 10 days, wearing glasses ofcourse. “I had a breast reduction done by Dr Peña September 2019. I had thought about having the surgery for 10 years, and waited until I was 64 to finally go forward with it. After finally making the decision to have the surgery, I met with him, the nurse practitioner and the financial director, along with many other support staff personnel. I was very well educated on what to expect. Prior to the surgery I had filled the prescriptions, and was prepared for surgery. The day of surgery I met the nurse anesthetist and the Recovery Room nurse. My surgery was 4 hours long, but of course it seemed as though it was 5 minutes to me as the anesthesia worked like a charm. I was apprehensive to be asleep that long but they explained i would be given sedation that put me under but Not a general anesthetic, I would be breathing on my own, no tube! This was a huge deal to me! I am 3 weeks post op today, and look and feel amazing. Dr Peña is a very talented plastic surgeon, I couldn’t be happier with the way I look. His care continues, providing me 2 complimentary lymphatic massages from a licensed therapist, Tonya who is wonderful. If you are contemplating any type of plastic surgery in SW Florida look no longer. Not only is Dr Peña a great surgeon but he has an amazing team of dedicated staff who will be there for you.
