Peña Plastic Surgery incorporates advanced and cutting-edge technology into his procedures and treatments, one of which being the revolutionary facial contouring FaceTite procedure.
What is FaceTite?
FaceTite is a minimally invasive contouring system designed to tighten facial skin. For appropriate candidates, this procedure is a safe, non-surgical alternative to traditional facelift surgery. The minimally-invasive FaceTite procedure uses FDA-approved radio-frequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL) technology to cause the skin to tighten by 40%.*
FaceTite may be an excellent option for men and women who are experiencing the early signs of common skin aging concerns; i.e., sagging neck skin, marionette lines around the mouth, and fine lines/wrinkles in the lower face. These skin conditions are typically due to aging from decreased collagen and elastin in the skin. Schedule your consultation with Dr. Manuel Peña, board-certified plastic surgeon located in Naples, FL, to discuss FaceTite and other surgical and non-surgical procedures that can help you achieve a more youthful-looking facial appearance.
Who is a Candidate for FaceTite and What Areas can be Treated?

During your consultation with Dr. Manuel Peña, he will discuss your facial renewal goals and examine your skin to provide you with a customized plan and best recommendation to achieve your goals. For those patients with mild-to-moderate skin laxity and some neck fat, FaceTite is an excellent procedure. However, for other men and women who have a large amount of facial skin laxity, fat deposits, and loose hanging skin, a facelift and/or neck lift combined with FaceTite may be the optimal cosmetic surgery enhancement procedures.
How is a FaceTite Procedure Performed and What Are the Results?
FaceTite uses Radio Frequency (RF) energy to stimulate collagen and tighten skin at the targeted treatment areas. The procedure is done under local anesthesia with light IV sedation. Dr. Peña will insert a small, narrow probe through a small incision in the skin located at the edge of the jaw just below the ear.
The narrow FaceTite hand-piece is slowly moved along the patient’s jawline where the RF energy heats the tissue. The precise degree of heating results in liquefying excess fat and produces skin contraction. FaceTite utilizes a specially designed hand-piece that has two parts: A thin cannula (blunt needle) that works under the deep layers of your skin and another that glides over the surface. These two parts working together, offers pinpoint control and safety. Dr Peña often combines liposuction of the neck and the use of absorbable barbed sutures (to suspend the tissues in ideal position while tightening or “shrink wrapping’ is taking effect).
A compression garment is worn after the procedure to minimize swelling and improve results. This innovative RF facial contouring procedure provides three-dimensional tissue remodeling with noticeable improvement seen in 1 to 3 months and final improvement at 6 to 12 months.*
