No Incision breast lift

Just back from a meeting in Miami where I waited for a presentation of a newly approved 'hammock' breast lift that when combined with breast augmentation or even explantation could lift the breast tissue without the need for further scars. The main accomplishment it achieved appeared to be to rotate the nipple upwards and give a marginal increase in upper pole fullness. It was reminiscent of the thread lift, another static solution to mobile problems, alas! While there may be indications in certain cases, I am worried about the central skin 'puncture' that appears to be in the decolletage ares, an area that is often associated with hypertrophic scars.The possible rupture or injury to any implants in place is always a possibility
