With the European Union growing rapidly and absorbing "the less prosperous" nations, Medical tourism has gone mainstream. Those of modest means in England and other first world European countries can travel to the Czeck Republic for a facelift and dental work. Or perhaps Hungary for breast implants. the more adventuresome may travel to Tunisia for there "cut rate" medical/dental treatments. Regardless of where they go, they seem to be generally pleased with their results and ecstatic with their cost! Complication rates slightly higher than procedures done in their own country does not seem to deter the enthusiasm of getting a great deal.
