Israeli plastic surgeon and his Biomedical Engineer brother have come up with a breast implant that is 30% lighter than traditional implants filled with silicon gel orsaline. This is HUGE especially for ladies that want big implants to fill out skin stretched out by breast feeding or weight loss. Another great use would be in breast reconstruction.
