Adult stem cells bioengineered with dermal papilla cells were shown to grow normal hair in hairless mice in recent study. How cool is that! not only is this a possible huge breakthrough for the treatment of baldness, it also sets the stage to use our own adult stem cells to repair other damaged organs.
